Drop SHIFT V1 Mechanical Keyboard

The Halo Trues were a little too heavy for me. I switched to Holy Pandas and they sound cheap...yes I need to lube them. I noticed that I do not type as fast on this keyboard as I do on some of the others. I was using MX Cherry browns, Kailh Box Whites, and Kailh Box silent browns on my other keyboards and found I could type faster. I know I paid a lot for the Holy Pandas and not sure they are the one for me. Any suggestions? Would lubing the switches make that much of a difference?

How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?
I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".
