Macaw Headphone Problem - Poor Customer Service

Has anyone else had as miserable a customer service experience as I have with defective products sold through Massdrop? I got a pair of broken Macaw headphones and have been trying to resolve the problem for over a month. First they wanted me to send a video of the nonfunctioning earbuds......not a great video use case. Once I finally sent the video I have been waiting 10 days with no reply. Seems they are doing their best to avoid the issue.

I had a problem with my Nash 20s, had to send them directly to the manufacturer in Sweden to get my replacement (and had to pay shipping for the broken ones, which still kinda upsets me).
