Has anyone experienced any issues with these keycaps and the Keychron Q1? My keycaps are scraping on the edges/corners of the case on R0 and the arrow keys.

If you're still wondering about this, the Q1 V2 addresses this issue with sharper corners in the openings of the top case. You can now reach out to customer support and they will sell you the new v2 top case separately. I did this and all my MT3 caps now work with no interference.

Damn I was planning on putting these in the Q1. Hope there is a way to fix it, maybe file down the keycaps a bit or adjust the gaskets...

I'm also having the same issue with my MT3 keycaps. Such a shame because I'd prefer to have MT3 on this board but it scraps in too many areas. Even the bottom right key (left of the left arrow) scrapes with cherry profile keycaps.

When will just the keycaps be sold? I’ve been asking Melgeek in their IG for nearly a full year with absolutely no response. Maybe Drop has the buying power to make this a thing. They are missing out on a huge group who buy a higher tier of keeb but still desire the aesthetics of the caps. They used to sell the keycaps only. I realize they make much more by selling an entire board but the keycaps would be added benefit not an “either/or” scenario. I want these caps!!

I'd like to order these keycaps as my first real mechanical keyboard set, but I have no idea which keyboard base I should get. I like the rendering on this product that shows a keyboard with the same navy blue color as the keys in this set. Can anyone recommend a compatible product I could grab?

Drop ALT Bricked after trying to flash it
tl;dr my keyboard stopped working after flashing it and I can't get it to work again. Okay so I've owned my Drop ALT for about a year and I always toggled the LEDs with the hotkeys. I decided I want to set them in a more permanent way, so I followed Drop's instructions to flash my keyboard. I followed the instructions on my macbook pro, I create the bin file, I ran the Drop Keyboard Configurator. I tried press Fn + B but it didn't do anything so I went ahead and pressed the pin in the back. The bootloader script exited as if everything work fine, but my keyboard stopped working. I couldn't use it to type, and the LEDs were blinking. Note: they were blinking to the new colors I had configured. Anyways, I tried unplugging and re-plugging many times to no avail. I then tried plugging it into my Windows PC. There, instead of blinking, it would never light up but instead Windows would keep playing the chime to indicate that a USB device was disconnected, and it would do so repeatedly...

Larger spaced mechanical keyboards?
I posted this question here: [Drop Mech Keys Community Question: Where-are-the-wider-spaced-full-sized-rgb-mech-keyboards] But didn't get any responses... so reposting ;) There’s been... what feels like... A trend towards the miniaturization of keyboards… with tighter and tighter form factors…. I imagine this trend has been influenced by the ubiquity of laptops, tablets, and phones with smaller footprints because necessity…. However, I’ve NOT seen many keyboards of such great quality with slightly more breathing room between the keys. Am I alone in my desire for a fuller full sized keyboard?

I absolutely love these keycaps. They work best with south-facing LEDs. But absolutely gorgeous. Great profile feel great. Would buy again easy.
