Another vintage look typewriter design, which is my fav! Outter shape very simple with a touch of decoration by PVD copper bits, which will look more elegrant. So what's new? and what is the special of Vintage60s? I had spent nearly a year on 60s! The reason is I want to make it special, unique, and user friendly! For the past experience tells me, some peope like the 60%, as it is small and delicate, but with the limited keys layout, it is not good enough for work or for gaming! So the 80% may preferrable. Sometimes when you want to buy a new keyboard, you may like the shape, but the layout may not suitable for you, then you start struggling buy it or not! This time I try to get this problem sort it for you. Hope you will like it! The Vintage60s is “multi-layout", which can be adjust by change the top plate to change the key layout, it is supporting HHKB, 60, 64, 68, 84 keys layout, and how does this works? Let us see the pictures below to explain more clearly HHKB layout

The basic package will included all the top plate you need, and 2 pcbs (1 x hot swap and 1 x solder), so you don't have to make your decision of what layout you want, you can change it whenever you like. Apart from the typewriter out looking, I also add a little gadget to 60s, which is the ”solnoid valve", it can imitate the sound effect of the typewriter. Original idea from the old IBM keyboard. Obviously the solnoid valve can be turn off if you don't want it, if not you boss or wife gonna to kill you!! Let see more pictures on the actual proto-type:

Sure, I'm going to be super detailed just to be thorough, though i'm sure you got most of this all ready.
  1. register for account on the message board (the answers to the questions are "USB" "mx" "TKL".
  2. Go to the "Interest check" sub forum.
  3. click "new topic" in the upper right corner.
  4. Right below the dialogue/ text box, but above the captcha and questions (if it's your 1st few post you have to answer them before every post) there is the "Attachment and other options" button, click it.
  5. More options will come up below it, including the "attach" and "browse" buttons, click, find pics on device or whatever, and up load.
If you still run into some issues, it's probabbly becasue geekhack requires new users to post a few comments before starting a new thread or something. I can not remeber if that is the case, but it might be. Good luck again!
