Did mass-/drop stop selling anything but keyboards and headphones?
I used to irregulary buy from massdrop for years, mainly miscelaneous stuff such as lighters and knifes, way before I made an account here aswell. A few months ago I got my first proper job and wanted to treat myself and had a look around this site and noticed it was only keyboards, key caps and expensive headphones. Is there nothing else being sold here right now because of the ongoing supply bottleneck or is this a permanent decision?
So, basically, I ordered "MASSDROP X SENNHEISER HD 58X JUBILEE HEADPHONES" and they just got held at customs. In order to retrieve them, I need to pay 40$ more. In my point of view, it is not worth it anymore because the price just raised to 225$: 170$ (item price) + 40$ (customs tax) + 15$ (shipping fees). Is it possible to ask for a refund? If so, what should I do?
Checking if there are flying enthusiasts/massdroppers who would be interested in starting a project for https://fouldsy.github.io/piper-pa-28-flight-sim/g1000.html and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4019943 its a lot of work for someone who doesn’t tinker with this everyday, but people who are familiar can quickly produce this for less than a thousand, compared to commercial packages costing ~3k and over
I miss all the clothes, outdoor, and edc stuff that used to be here. I have a nice keyboard and headphones already, and I can't think of any practical reason to own more headphones or a second keyboard besides mindless consumerism. Really not happy with the direction Massdrop has gone, I hope they return to how things were someday. There's nothing for me here anymore :(
Where are the knives? I've been a memeber since back in the day of the Ferrum Forge Falcon collaboration, but I hadn't been to the Drop site in a while because I hadn't had the disposable income to be buying knives like I used to. Now I have a little money to burn and stopped by to check out what new knives might be on the way, and find there's nothing but colored computer keys and headphones at prices that I could get a custom knife (or two) for. Which is fine for people who are into those things, but just about the only purchases I made from (Mass)Drop were knives, so no knives = no interest to me. I hope this is just a temporary state of affairs, because despite the occasional disappointment and/or delay (hello Perpetua!), overall, the knives Drop produced were pretty damn great, and on occasion, really damn great. They were designed by some of best custom makers in the world, and built by top-notch OEMs; The Drop label is on the second manual knife made by Pro-Tech, and the...
