I have an old (v2) Armytek Tiara C1 pro (https://www.armytek.com/products/flashlights/multi-flashlights/armytek-tiara-c1-pro/) that uses 18350 or R123 or CR123A. They have an updated model that has USB charging but I don't need that since I have my own charger, and I have multiple batteries so I can just swap them when one runs out.
It's a good little light with a broad range of output. I use the max brightness when I'm working in the yard at night, the manual says it's 610 lm. For indoors, there are 3 main modes and 2 firefly modes that go down to as low as 0.15 lm. That's great to use as a nightlight when I wake up in the middle of the night.
I just wish it had a higher CRI LED. I think it's a Cree XP-L and it's not as good as my other flashlight with a Nichia
