I purchased a XDUOO TA-30 and recieved a TA-20, and support do not give me and answer, what do I need to do to ?
I have been trying to contac with support tech to solve this problem and have my TA-30 (the product I paid for) , but they didnt answer. I am not agree in how you treat users and not respond even if it is your mistake. I will really like you to solve this and send me the correct product and contact me to let me know that you are aware of the situation, please.

I've just about finished up my theatre room setup, and I'll share some pictures of the whole thing on the gear thread. But despite the fact that I have a lot of great modern gear that may sound better, these guys are still my most beloved headphones because of the sheer luck of finding them, and their ties to the very beginning of the hobby.
