I have a question about this actually, if I have the low profile. Would I just be able to buy a high profile case and just move the pcb from the low profile to the high profile?

Not necessarily... PCBs aren't always compatible with every case, and some of the cases listed above will not work well with low profile keycaps/switches as the keys will fall inside the case walls or clash with the aluminium... best bet is to get a PCB with confirmed compatibility with the case.
