@tguy the midori traveler's notebook cover is built to last, and everything else inside is replaceable. It's flexible on what type of inserts you want and how many. My only gripe is with the price.

I'm looking to replace my current Paperthinks Memo Pocket Notebook and wanted something perhaps a bit more sturdy. The leather is holding up well, but the pocket storage is a bit weak so, it needs to go.
This lasted a number of years, but the Midori Traveler's Notebook looks like it will last a lifetime.

Yes if you will use it but I decided that I wasn't going to use it enough so I returned it (not before I sat there for an hour in a deep gaze of though about how beautiful it was). The only problem is the size of insert but any Cahier sized notebook should be able to be cut down to save money.
