People want the founders because of how they've been performing in overclocking. Seems as if Nvidia may have saved a lot of the GPU's with the highest results in the "Silicon lottery" making their overclocking capabilities a lot higher; of course that's assuming you believe the rumor. Still rather not take the chance and go for an aftermarket card though. Vote it up on the EVGA Classified and the Asus ROG Strix 1080s
i was in drop for GTX 1070 FOUNDERS,i received it and sold first day i received the card,didn't know that gaming 1080 water cooling coming to Massdrop.now im like hunter, waiting waiting waiting for gtx 1080 & GRAND SEIKO QUARTZ,
Why the hell do people want the founders edition card to be dropped and not the ones with aftermarket coolers...? I personally would love for the sea hawk for example to be dropped... would love to have a stock watercooled card.... The aftermarket ones are also already cheaper so why not make them even more affordable?
