I used to be like you. Reminiscing of the days of Justin Furlong. Mac Vs Pc era. The days when Apple's leadership cared about making money and stimulating a nerds senses. But then the brand got mean and dismissive of other technology. The nerds got greedy. Tim Cooke probably made more money for Apple than Steve Jobs. But then I relictantly tried the Surface pro. It was surprising formidable. Even versatile. If you do art things it was like driving an Audi R8. You haven't driven audi if you haven't driven an R8. So if you can't just stick with Mercedes C Class 350. But give it a chance. It will be faithful. Not some cheap lipstic floosy you date because you saw her on the side of a city bus.

I went ahead and snagged the MacBook Pro already at sticker price. It's prohibitively expensive, but I can safely say it's the best computer I've ever owned.
