Any chance of adding the Alphas + Tenkeyless as one kit?

Do you mean combine them to get a better price?

I don't have any info on pricing yet. The kits may change in the future, depending on that.

Kits like this are always too confusing/expensive for me. To get this I would have to buy 4 kits to fit my board

I hear you. The idea with kits is making it cheaper for most people, by getting only what you need. If we throw all the keys into one large set, it may be cheaper per key (or not, since Drop is the manufacturer and they control pricing), but most likely be more expensive overall-- while less customizable. I like the idea of including an alphas variation with each respective mod kit (TKL, Ortho, Ergo). However, if we want to offer different options (eg. monochrome versus coloured alphas), then I'm afraid that won't be possible.

(sorry this is a really late reply but I just noticed this) Now that I'm taking a second look, this set is actually split up really well with 1.75u shift in the tkl, but that's not too common. Couldn't there be an alphas+basic mods kit, a kit for the most common layouts that expand the board (nav cluster, numpad, function row), and then sub-kits for small variations on those(differently sized space and shift kits)? Most kits I would have to get alphas, mods, numpad, tkl (or just arrow keys if possible), and whatever has 1.75u shift, which is usually a decently large kit with stuff I'll never use. If it were broken up differently I could get the base kit with alphas and mods, a 1.75u shift, arrow keys, and a numpad. little to no unused keys(which would presumably cost less). Just seems like combining the alphas+mods and splitting up other kits would be more efficient. I understand the different alphas being a problem, but you could have a monochrome alphas+mods and a colored alphas+mods.

Thanks for your reply. It's interesting. In the past, I know that some sets (especially on Massdrop) have tried splitting up the kits at each common size (60%, HHKB/65%, TKL), for example DSA Miami Dolch. I think this is more confusing to new buyers. Including a 1.75u Shift is the first step into a more compatible base set. Tsangan/HHKB layout follows. Now that 65% keyboards are more popular, we include those keys as well. This way, you have an all-inclusive base set for each format (TKL, Ortho and Ergo). Putting the alphas in the base set is not really an issue because the total price would be the same. In my experience, some people will buy the alphas with multiple modifier kits.

Just seeing this, absolutely on board for this kit have wanted to try MT3 for a long time and love the look. However, drop previous habit of grouping kits into common formats like (TKL, 75%, etc...) is awful and the reason I have avoided buying certain kits. I have multiple keyboards in multiple form factors (as does many others) that format if very limiting unless you want to pay for a bunch of redundant keys. I like the way this is currently split up hopefully it remains similar to this.
