Will 14500's also work in these?
Hey, thanks everyone for your support! Over 1400 votes now, with Titanium being the big winner. We are going to work on getting this up and running soon. Thanks again for your help on this project!
Copper is soft and heavy, although the thermal characteristics are great. I'll happily admit to a Ti fetish.
I too voted for copper; though considering the rep titanium has had drilled into the heads of the EDC community at large, it will be difficult for this vote to swing the way of the patina.

Copper is the only option I am interested in, Titanium scratches easily, is expensive, has terrible threads, and terrible thermal characteristics. Besides in smaller lights like this weight is a non-issue anyway.
Brass?
I like the feel and look of polished copper. LMH for the order of output.
Low Med High for output seq. Preserve low light vision. If not toggled up to next level within short interval, should click OFF, like any good headlamp. Many times you just need to see something you dropped, check a bag, don't need full output and the glare caused by HIGH all the time. I too vote for Copper.
No Nichia? Bummer. Is this a clicky or twisty interface? Price range? Any chance this will work with both AA's and 14500's? Would definitely make the Copper the better option if it can.
Judging from the look of this light, it appears to be a more showy EDC flashlight, in which case I much prefer the Copper for a couple reasons; 1) it has a great heft in the hand and 2) the patina copper forms with use is fantastic (it also has anti-microbial properties if that has any appeal). I have several copper flashlights and I wouldn't hesitate to add more to that collection.
Also, AA is a great choice. Other battery cells have their advantages, but nothing beats the availability of AA and AAA sized batteries.
Finally, I added a vote for Foursevens (even though I know that's not really a valid choice) only due to the fact that I really like their products. It would be pretty epic to get them to do an exclusive.
Hi folks, We put this poll up to determine community preferences for this specific light. Additional options for other products are more than welcome in another poll. Thanks for your support.
Oops!
Hi everyone,
Xeno approached us to have a special light made for the community.
We would like to extend this opportunity to ask you what you would like to see.
We opted to start with a AA flashlight and we know everyone loves Titanium and Copper. We have a MOQ of 750 pieces for each material (Titanium or Copper.) Polished or Matte finish available for both.
We can also choose the output sequence, either Low-Med-High or High-Med-Low.
We greatly appreciate your input on this project!
