Buncha babies over here. If I wanna buy a $1000 titanium tool of death to hang on the wall of my safe, that's my option and (unless local laws say otherwise) my right.
"Don't drop it, people will murder people!" Yeah, okay.... That's not happening already?
This isn't some invisibility cloak that's gonna mask the identity of a criminal or otherwise make it easier to get away with killing someone. In fact, if you are all correct about the ridiculous wound channel this thing creates, it should be easier to pin a murder on someone who uses this tool.
No one said that.
We don't want this place to turn into some gimmicky mall ninja outlet, these wouldn't be compatible with the community and products Massdrop is known for.
I've always been under the impression that these are sort of a Nazi replica weapon built to high manufacturing standards. The kind of thing that doesn't need to be advertised.
Wow, pulling out the Nazi card? That's original...
Just to get that out of the way, you're factually wrong. Nothing about this item is based on or even inspired by any item used by the Nazis. It's named after an Austrian special forces unit that wasn't even founded until 1962.
Second of all, why not just vote with your dollars? Why should your decision that you don't like the item a reasonable barrier to others purchasing it? If Massdrop drops the item and it's truly "not compatible with the community" people won't buy it, they won't drop it again. It's free market economics.. Not difficult.
