My Modmic 4 just died on me yesterday after 3 years in service. I would highly recommend them they are built really well. The cable for mine was always getting crushed under my chair, I would constantly blow in the mic to scare my friends and it even got soaked at one point. I tortured the hell outta mine and it would still keep going.
