Simulations! There's a community out there, that gets bigger as technology gets better and cheaper, dedicated to flight sims, racing sims - you name it (farming sims, space sims etc). Some of the technology you need is commonplace (a fairly high end PC, a console, headsets) and some of it is more specialized (racing wheels, flight yokes, cockpits, motion rigs - ranging from less than a hundred dollars to many thousands). I think there's huge potential here!
