firemonkey5I'm absolutely certain some are dairy free as I can't imagine dairy in a bean salad...an excellent bean salad at that. They also have a lot of "just add cool water" meals that turn out just fine without hot water or cooking which is great for "cold camps". They actually make it possible to leave the stove, fuel and mess kit behind, thereby cutting out a couple pounds from your pack.

KitCarson61That would be great. especially after those long days on the trail and you just want a meal without waiting to get water and boil it then wait for everything to cool and hydrate
