I have had the MICRO-START XP-10 for about a year and a half. I work at a company where we drive fleet vehicles all with HD batteries and V6 motors. I've used the jump box probably a dozen times and it's started everything even cars with dead batteries from someone leaving lights on. I also always take it on my boat for an added level of insurance.

After winning the 2015 Consumer Reports product review this company has been pioneering better products with way more cranking power and amps then the nearest competitor's inferior models. The warranty program is by far and away, more consumer friendly than other Chinese knock-off and the copycat brands out there. They sell Premium Products with Premium Customer Service and that potent combination equals a top notch company that cares about their customers. I strongly recommend this company and their products
