war_10Kumm not really that is only 16 gigs of ram while two sets of dominator platnum 16 gig sticks would be 64 gigs 4x as fast

cake_the_pc_builderYou don't get to just add it all together and assume that because it has a higher memory it is faster, that's not how ram works. In reality all you are doing is allocating more memory to ram, which will only increase performance if your CPU can utilize it. There comes a certain point where even if you can cram more data into the CPU, it wont be capable of performing operations with that data, because it is still working on the last operation. Even on max settings most games in 2018 cant even fully utilize 16 gb of ram, and in many cases even 8 will give you great performance on a wide variety of games.

Intel_Radeon_RX_480_Ti_IN_SLIyes but objectively having 16 gig sticks is still the best for future proofnes and for running vms or simulations.
