People should really go read the reviews for the current edition of the Shadowrun Fifth Edition Core Rulebook on Amazon (
https://www.amazon.com/Shadowrun-Fifth-Jason-M-Hardy/dp/1936876515/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1506353673&sr=8-1&keywords=shadowrun+core+rulebook
). Apparently the binding is awful and falling apart after limited use. Getting it at a discount isn't going to make up for the fact that it seems to be a poorly made product.

I've had mine for quite a while and no such issues. I've heard similar issues with the d&d 5e books but I have those too and no issues either. Contacting the publisher often can get those problems resolved though.
