Love the 903 St BE! Looks way better in my opinion than the Navitimers and is much better proportioned at 41mm. I also love the display caseback and the rotating inner ring that makes in more water resistant than the Breitling.
All are outstanding, choice is really arabic numerals vs indices. Chrono vs 3 hand.
It all comes down to personal choice and the functionality your looking for

Genuinely curious about your comment here: That said, while the Sinn version has better WR, if you value actually using the logarithmic scale, then the Breitling is better. The Sinn crown driven scale is hard to use when the watch is being worn. What do you mean? and perhaps on a related note: how well do these line up btw? i have a victorinox airboss and my biggest issue with it is that the numbers don't neccesarily line up, depending on what angle i'm looking at it, so it's SUPER finicky.

Well, I don't have either watch anymore - that was years ago, so I can't comment on how each lines up, other than the fact that I didn't notice any problems (although, I suspec this is specific to the individual watch and may vary from watch to watch). As for the Sinn crown operated bezel being harder to use when wearing the watch... the bezel operates using a crown at 10 o'clock. I find it difficult to wind a watch, or set the time on a watch, when it is already on my wrist. The Sinn has the same problem - everytime you want to use the bezel you'll typically want to take off the watch. The Breitling bezel operates identically to a dive watch, just twist the bezel. This is easy to do when the watch is being worn, hence my comment.
