I have the Gourmia GSV130, the temps are accurate, the circulation makes a bit of noise. My biggest compliant is the buttons are more of touch screen sensors as opposed to actual buttons. Also finding a pot or container tall enough should be considered, 9inches from inside bottom of container to the top lip would be ideal.
