The only knives in my wood block are J. A. Henckel 4-star series. Great German steel for nearly 300 years!

DuncanYes! I have the prep knife and it's a great everyday knife for light duty work. My santoku knife is slightly different as I typically buy open stock as needed. Great knives though.
