My package has been floating around the country seemingly stopping at every possible place in-between for 3 weeks now. After sitting with no update in a close major city for 7 days, it has FINALLY updated today to show it's in a closer major city... Still no hand-off to USPS yet. This is the worst shipping experience next to a completely lost package I've ever had. I've gotten things from China that arrived much quicker than this. Frustrating...To wait a month for package you've spent 300$ on. This is my first experience with DROP and probably my last.
I apologize for the duplicate voting options - I deleted them when I created the poll, but apparently the Drop website doesn't really delete options during creation. But the point of this poll is to draw attention to the fact that SmartPost isn't that smart packages routinely crisscross the country, get lost in shipping facilities (with FedEx and USPS both pointing at each other), or otherwise get delayed. Drop needs to provide the option to update/change the shipping method after checkout.
