I've heard mixed things about the comfort of the Q701 due to the bumps on the headband. I have the K712 and they are very comfortable and I wear glasses too. I also own the he-400 and senn 598. For gaming I like both the he-400 and k712, but I like the k712 a little better for gaming. The 598 are good, but not as good as the AKG or HIFIman offerings.
The Q's are great headphones with a nice and large soundstage with accurate positioning. Great for competitive gaming. If you're a fun type of gamer, you are able to do a bass mod which enhances the bass. I think they should be added to Massdrop again.
