"we need another group buy for the
Blackvue DR500G or a Finevu CR500HD. but either one with the BlackVue's Power Kit as the FineVu's is seriously flawed in Features and Too low of a voltage cut off."

Wow... that description needs to be redone as I cant tell what you are trying to say. Please use grammar and punctuation.
I'm hoping for the Finevu CR-500. I would like to get the Blackvue DR-500 with all its nice features (like wifi and built-in GPS that does not come with the CR-500) but the Finevu is far more reliable... and that's what I'm looking for. Anyone doing a few weeks of online research, like I have, would know this.
What is there not to understand? There should be a massdrop for the Blackvue DR500G or a Finevu CR500HD.
Since these massdrop listings for dashcams typically include the "Voltage Cut-Off" Device as a bonus purchase, I said if there's a "group buy" for either the BlackVue or the FineVu Dashcam, it should include the BlackVue brand Voltage Cut-Off (Power Magic Pro).
The FineVu brand Voltage Cut-Off is seriously lacking in features and seriously flawed (It cuts off Voltage after the battery is already considered "Dead" in most situations)
we need another group buy for the
Blackvue DR500G or a Finevu CR500HD. but either one with the BlackVue's Power Kit as the FineVu's is seriously flawed in Features and Too low of a voltage cut off.

I think the camera completely fails because people are not connecting it to the power kit. The power kit ensures that it has a constant power supply while the car is parked.

Bought two of the 400's in the last group buy, they are super, so would love to have the new 500!

would this be an acceptable camera for a street parked car in NYC (parking mode enabled). I have been researching a few of these cameras, and the blackvue and finevue both seem to have reliability issues when the car is not garaged. Mostly the lens fogging up, but there are cases where the camera just completely fails.
