Caran D'Ache Magnetic Blue. It's never in stock anywhere. The price is always jacked. Lets get this baby cheap. I'm down for one or 2 bottles or a combo or something pick 2 or something.
A sampler of a range of different blue-black inks would be most appreciated.
That is actually a very good and interesting question.
I for myself are very colour specific. I do write and sort of collect "bluesih" colours. On a regular base I write mostly with blue black inks, in private I'm more into deeply saturated blues like the Sargasso Sea from Diamine. So I would say that I would like to see colour specific, cross branded inks. There are a few I really would like to get just for collecting them.
As a matter of fact, the three I choose here, I would buy a bottle each right away . It can't be wrong having a Shin Kai bottle spare and I have a look on the 54th and the JFK anyway.
On the other end I skipped the J.Herbin drop because I couldn't get the choices together. I liked two colours and don't wanted to take a third just like that, just to get the drop together.

I skipped the J. Herbin drop for the same reason.
So many votes but no discussion?
I use the Shin-Kai ink for daily writing in my Pilot Custom 92. That is an absolutely gorgeous combination. I absolutely understand why it is on top of the list.
I also voted for the JFK and the 54th Massachussetts Inks, both of them are absolutely nice and they are very hard to get in Europe. So as much as I'm fine with the Iroshizuku ink, I'd prefer the more rare ones to see here.

Thanks for the reply Jonas! Like MarkIV I'm more interested in a sampler in the same color scheme. Blue-blacks are particularly awesome because they look professional, allow for some nice shading, and have really varied color even in the same family. Hopefully we can get some more discussion on this, but I think that the color family idea might be better, particularly for more serious collectors/fp users.
If you can get a few manufacturers to work together (not sure of the mechanics on your end) it might be a cool drop to have a couple different options - blue-blacks, blacks, and another color or two (maybe something like red, blue, and green?) If you want some ideas for complementary color schemes/ideas on how to put a nice package together you might check out Goulet's ink drop: http://www.gouletpens.com/ink-drop
Obviously we're not looking for a monthly program, and we'd like full bottles, but some themes like this might be interesting for collections of like-colored or complementary-colored inks as a drop.
Hi, I'd love to have 2 or 3 different colors of Blue-black because I'm no sure yet which brand I like best.
