Even though I love brainwavz products I have to admit that S1 is a complete failure. It's uncomfortable, there is nothing special about sound (I liked sq of my M2 much more) and the main reason - cable. Overall build quality is pretty good, but cable is breaking after ~3 weeks, it happened two times already and I'm pretty sure that it will happen again. Go for B2, they sound great and will last much longer.
