I added the 3V Gear Operator bag which I own. Very satisfied with it at $65.98 and all that it can do.
What steppinrazr said. If you have to bug out, you want to blend in. You don't want to look like Mr. Tacti-Cool with all your gear strapped to your bag. Also, seriously consider the weight. I had a nice Condor 3 Day Assault Pack that held a ton of stuff. But that was the problem... it held a ton of stuff. Over 55 lbs worth of supplies. So I dumped it, and went down to a Condor Urban Go Bag (48L). Again, great bag, but held too much stuff. I want to only lug about 30 to 35 lbs worth of stuff. So I opted to go with a nice ultra-light backpack. Now, just trying to pare down what is essential, and should go in the bag.
I wouldn't get anything tactical looking, I'd rather be low profile and use standard trekking/bushcraft pack
The Rush 72 should actually be a 55 Litre capacity. If you want 3-days, you should be aiming for 50+ liter capacity. I don't know why somebody has recommended the Rush-24, while a GREAT bag (I own it), it is not designed for 3 day loadouts or extensive survival.
If you like a black BOB that is not already here, but you can't be bothered adding it to the poll, please feel free to mention it in this discussion, and I'll add it to the poll. Cheers,
