Hey everyone! We aren't going to be able to drop a gun. I'm going to begin doing some market research on the feasibility of this in general, but I am closing this poll.

Ok, but if you guys can make gun drops happen in the future that would be nice. I'm guessing it will be only limited to USA. I'm not to sure about other county gun laws they mostly seem up tight about guns.

Way too many hoops to jump through for this to be a realistic group buy on Massdrop. These polls are little more than a novelty.

they would have to have restrictions on what states to ship to (not legal in California) and they would have to ship to a FFL dealer but if they would be willing to do that I don't see why not

Some online gun auction sites do allow for group buys, so this is a bit more organized to do it this way. You must locate an FFL dealer and ask them to transfer the firearm to you, where the BG check is done on the day you pick it up. Of course, the magazine capacity of said firearm must be compliant with all state laws and regulations.

I'm so confused. Is this a poll for real guns...are they airsoft (clearly not)? i thought you needed a license to buy and own an arm. what. dude. mindfuck. how is this ever even gonna work...

I don't honestly know. At least in my state it isn't possible to ship a firearm. I'd actually guess that's the majority of states. And yes, a background check is mandatory. My guess is it won't happen.
