Corsair Gaming K95 RGB Platinum Keyboard

Corsair may catch some flak but I have never had an issue with any of their products. I had a corsair k70 with Cherry MX Reds which I loved apart from the reds. I have a strafe RGB with browns and use that quite frequently. I had no faulty LEDs or any problems with either of my corsair boards at all.
That being said, they certainly may not be to everyone's taste and there are other great options out there.
Why are there only corsairs? why not any cm storm or duckys??
Here's my vote: if you care about keyboards, don't buy a Corsair! I'm not trying to make any of you feel bad, but there are far better options right here on Massdrop.

Cherry, Filco, Ducky, WASD, an indestructible IBM Model M, heck, even CM Storm makes better keyboards or, dare I say, Thermaltake. This is if you're going for the full 104 key layout or the 87 key (TKL) layout.
Other options, KBP, Varmilo, Noppoo, Topre if you're going for a 60% layout or if you can live with other switch options then Cherry MX. If you get other switches that are not Cherry MX compatible then make sure it comes with good quality key caps (PBT, doubleshots or dye subs are the best options).
Of course there are other good keyboards around, but you won't find them in any top fives of the average consumer website or mag. Corsair, Razer, even Das Keyboard lately, have been making keyboards that tick 'flavor of the month' boxes, like pretty RGB lights that look good on YouTube, but in real life, you get bored of after the first week. And then, what you're left with, is a built for a quick profit keyboard. Or maybe I'm just crazy and see conspiracies everywhere.
I would go for a 87/104 key standard US layout keyboard with Cherry MX switches (or at least Cherry MX compatible), because it's so much simpler to find your favorite key cap sets. If you're feeling adventurous you can go for a 61 key layout (60%).

Ok, thanks
None of these items will ever be sold here at mass drop!!
I don't know when Massdrop would be able to get these keyboards in. Corsair has no idea when they're going to be able to supply these keyboards.
Can there be another option - Don't buy a Corsair?
