Thanks to DrPatrickBateman for starting this poll! We've contacted the vendor on your behalf and they've made the MXL 770 Cardioid Condenser Mic available.
I think both the Yeti and Snowball from Blue are the two items considered "Best Bang for the Buck."
Have heard good things about their clarity and construction!
Desktop stand for YETI ? go to http://www.bhphotovideo.com/
search ONTM02C and ATAD19B and ATAD15B
Do not use wign19 because yeti is too heavy.
You can swivel mic in front of you or to the side.
only screw base together a little, unscrew, repeat.
The stand will be easy to swivel when installed.

I got to try the non-USB 2020 recently. I loved how it sounded more "harmonically accurate" versus a couple of MXLs and a Blue Mics Spark that I tested. Kind of forgiving for my tastes, though.
I have two Audio technica's for my gameplay videos on youtube and I notice that sound quality is just top of the line, no problems with it. If anyones interested in hearing it in action they can check out my channel, bit.ly/dieswitch. Any questions on it feel free to ask me.
I've added AT2020USB+ to the poll since it offers some additional features that are realy good to use during recording like option to plug in headphones... How is the deal with Yeti going tho?
