ExonauticThere always seems to be a possibility to get a gift card for less than the dollar value on them, from one means or another. I would imagine that the sellers make enough profit that they could afford to lose say $5 on $50 or so, as long as it means that there is a guaranteed stream of revenue to be made for it, and gift cards ensure that.
