Hi. I write a ton in my job as a product manager, and i always use graph paper or engineering lab books. But the graph lines always showed up in photocopies and they are sometimes of equal contrast to the words I'm writing.
Whitelines isn't like that. The squares are gray and the lines are white, which make the graph lines of lower contrast than what you're writing. The paper takes fountain pen ink pretty well, but it's not ClaireFontaine or Rhodia by any stretch. But the guidelines are great for note taking.
Another cool feature is you can scan the pages with an app on your phone and the picture will orient properly and scan without any lines at all.
I was having trouble finding them in the US or even online, so I emailed the company and they said I could order them online and have them imported to the USA (it's a Swedish company). That's a little pricey.
I think this is the kind of product shortage that Massdrop was made for. Check the company out at http://whitelines.se/.
