Hopefully there will be some extra keys with deep dishes or homing bumps for the home row keys. For blank sets substitute eight deep dish keys or two homing bump keys. For keys with legends add some extra keys with homing bumps for the most common layouts: FJ for QWERTY, UH for DVORAK, TN for COLEMAK.
I just searched for key caps mx and sorted by price. But you are right, they are OEM profile and not all that much cheaper than ordering for signature plastics. I may order a DSA blank set base from SP for some homing nubs and a different color since that's the best value (56 caps for $18) on caps I've been able to find (http://keycapsdirect.com/marketplace.php). Ordering a full set of caps to fit Ergodox from SP works out more than the caps offered in the drop.

I REALLY hope we can get them in a Cherry corp profile w/ some decent thickness ala IMSTO. But as long as they aren't ABS then I'll be happy.
Is anybody interested in a group buy for keycaps for a normal keyboard? I was thinking about Signature Plastics ( http://keycapsdirect.com/ ) but they don't really have a retail operation.

I think we should add options for spare sets of PBT 1.5x and 2x size keys, since there are people who have lots of sets of keycaps already, but who would be short on the larger caps since there are far more in Ergodox than on standard boards.
I think this is a pretty good idea, but maybe it should be in it's own poll since it's a separate set?

@Steve Massdrop is capable of multiple checkout options, so it's worth registering here that need--both for people who only need the larger sizes, but also for those who would get them in addition to a full set (perhaps large size sets in different colors, etc)
