4Chan@4Chan Filco is too expensive. You can get CMstorm QFRs (manufactured in the same place) for less than half the price of a Filco. chris@chrisis not a gaming keyboard, RF 55g maybe but most will agree Cherry rules the gaming scene. For a HHK vote in the Topre poll I started! @Ross It isn't ridiculous at all. You can feel the tactility of a Brown switch while gaming or typing at speed? BS. You're right, preference depends on the user... So you've used 2 types of Cherry switches, how do you have any idea that blue, black, clear, green, Topre, Alps, etc aren't better for gaming if you've never even tried them? MX Red are supposed to have tactile feedback?? lol wut. If you prefer feedback when you type (this is about gaming) then you sound more suited to an ergo clear which provides much more tactile feedback. Remember switches suited to gaming and typing aren't necessarily the same.
JwaZ1) I don't know how that's bs, because I can clearly feel a difference, even despite the low actuation force. Moreso when typing than gaming, though. 2) I'm not talking about any other types of switches at the moment, but you're right in that regard - people might prefer different switches for gaming/typing. 3) >MX Red are supposed to have tactile feedback?? lol wut. I said, "It's obvious that the red's don't have tactile feedback, as they're supposed to" Not in the sense THAT they're supposed to. But, "as they're (don't have tactile feedback) supposed to". Sorry, I worded that badly. 4) >switches suited to gaming and typing aren't necessarily the same You're right again, but I was just stating my preference for a tactile switch over a non-tactile one.

Sorry if I came off too mean in my reply. If you really like tactile feedback look into getting a board with ergo clears, it sounds right up your alley. That or Topre, though they are quite expensive.
