I had the R.A.T. M.M.O. 7 and it was a piece of junk. Fell apart in a couple of years, not easily customized, jittery, and fragile. I owned an indestructible Razer Imperator before it, which never died; I gave it to a friend for a mouse with more buttons. I own three Razer Naga mice after it, which are all still functioning gloriously. Easy to use, easy to update, easy to bind. I have a profile set up with four profiles: Default, MMO, Revit, and AutoCAD. I have keybinds set up which impress my employer daily and which allow me to game better than the competition. You don't need more buttons until you have them, at which point you will find uses for them because they are super handy. Get a Naga.
