TambreIt has fairly high walls and a classic shape. Some people prefer these more organic classic shapes, but the newer all-aluminum yoyos with low walls and more weight pushed to the edges perform better.

My two recommendations for beginners looking for an unresponsive yoyo are the Magic YoYo N12, and the YoYoFactory Shutter or the YoYoFactory Horizon.
I'm not as knowledgeable on the responsive yoyos, but I like to give little kids the YoYoFactory One to practice with, and if they get decent with that, upgrade them to a Magic YoYo N12 or something.
