this drop is a mess
they cant get the fucking 4790k cuz its 4 generations old
why some many votes for the older i7 when the 7700 is on the list??

You could argue a 6700k is better than 7700k because the 7700 runs hotter and the 6700 could reach a higher clock speed. But I agree with you on anything lower.
Why not the Kabylake?
HEY GUYS VOTE FOR THE AMD 8-CORE FX 9590 4.7 GHz PROCESSOR AS ITS A GREAT CPU FOR HARDCORE GAMING AND HAS NEARLY 1.2 GHz MORE THAN ANY INTEL CPU OUT THERE!

It's really not though, I'm pretty sure whatever AMDs six core in that lineup was a better buy. Those eight cores are just so damn slow. You'd be much better off all around with an i5-6600k, not to mention how much cooler you would be with well under half the TDP..........
How is the 4790k wanted more than the 6700k. I understand they are new but the 6700k requires less power, reducing the cooling solution required while they are comparable skylakes architecture is better. I feel like I'm not seeing what everyone else is.

I totally agree with you.

This probably isn't the reasoning people used but the 4790k would probably be much more feasible to actually get on Massdrop for a low price as you could probably find a retailer willing to sell off their remaining stock in bulk heavily discounted.
The 5820k is the greatest chip for the money regarding CPU-intensive tasks, hands down. People vote for the 4790k and 6700k because they never heard of x99. 5820k is much better for CPU-intensive tasks than the same gen 4790k and the current 6700k. 6 core i7 for $370?!

You can get the 6700k for 300 on most sites now also it's a Skylake. People should be moving on to Skylake as the market will transfer mostly to LGA 1151 in a couple years. It would be pretty stupid to drop money into a Haswell build at this point. You will have a tougher time upgrading in the upcoming years. The 6700k is a extremely well valued Skylake chip which is perfect for years to come and future upgrading. Learn PC builds mate.

If rumors are to believed Coffe Lake will be using a new socket. Also if you're not already on that socket Ryzen is going to be a better deal right now anyway.
Give the 5820k some love guys, I've already got one in my rig and it's a fantastic cpu. That and it's great for over clocking as mine is at 5.4 ghz instead of the base clock of 3.3.

Hmm, the newer i7-6800k is actually cheaper at this point nearly $50 US off from 5820k, sorry no love.
Personally I voted for 6600K but I if you are looking for an amazing deal some of the older processors maybe available super cheap in bulk.
why the fck are ppl voting on 4th generation stuff over 6th generation ?? ya people are dumb or what?
Anyone have a good site for comparing the different types of CPSUs?

People should stop making these.
when can we expect to see a drop?

yeah the 7700k has really good temps /s why is it 90 degrees
These are pretty nice. I think the Xeon 1241 one is the best, I'll check.
