I've owned an Aeron chair in the past, and while the build quality was excellent, it was like sitting in a torture device. I cannot even begin to fathom how it is supposedly ergonomically designed, and it actually caused my back to flare up. I got rid of it after just two weeks.
I am very interested in the Eames, though.
