Hi everyone. I'm not in the market for one of these lasers (I have plenty already :-) ) but I'd like to give some advice: You should *not* purchase anything from Wicked Lasers. They are a very bad company with very bad customer service. You don't have to take my word for it. Spend some time on various laser forums and you see a lot of threads like http://laserpointerforums.com/f41/why-do-you-think-wicked-lasers-such-bad-company-88446.html . There used to be a mega-thread called "33 reasons not to buy from Wicked Lasers", but it seems to have been deleted.
If you're going to do a group buy, you should buy from a reputable company like Laserglow, nova lasers, optotronics, etc.

wyagerThanks for the advice. I am not into lasers that much, and wicked was the only one I've heard, I have checked the 3 brands you listed. Their dollar per mw seems to be higher then wicked laser, nova lasers online shop seems to be closed, and optoronics' dollar per mw seems to be much higher too. I wanted a laser well for the "cool" factor, but also for stargazing, since I do own a few telescopes, I'd like to be able to point at stars where people can see. and Wicked lasers seems to have a lot more advertisement, and a lot more popularity. I highly doubt if I started another poll for other lasers, people will actually vote for them. But if the group buy can end up getting 1/3 off from wicked laser's listed price, would it not still be worth it?
Thanks
