So, the Breitling Navitimer - while an amazing watch (I have a vintage Old Navitimer II two-tone), it's not a dive watch - rated only to 30m/100ft (which actually only translates to being tolerant of hand washing and rain: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_Resistant_mark#Water_resistance_classification) - you can't so much as shower or swim with it. The Rolex is the natural choice, as they invented the diving watch (and 80% of the watches here are imitations of it) - but if you want the best bang for your buck, and still want a luxury moniker, the Omega is the smart move.
