I have the utmost faith in Massdrop, but I'd rather not get my hopes up and get mad down the road, so consider this a bit of a PSA.
618 votes, at one buy per person, would mean either 618 boxes (get real) 78 boxes when limiting 3 packs per person, or 25 boxes, at 1 pack per person. The two store owners I know are getting 20 boxes at release and possibly some more afterwards.
If it's done on a box basis, not many people will be happy due to not being able to get anything.
If it's done on a one pack basis, not many people will be happy because... well, it's just one pack.
Innistrad took up the entire North American supply, and wasn't a limited print run, and MDM seems to have a higher demand than that.
Hope for the best, expect the worst people.
