With only 50 boxes, if you want to reach as many people as possible, I'd say sell them 3xMM (draft set) with a limit of 2 sets per person. Especially if you're selling them at MSRP. It'll all probably sell in 48 hours no matter what you do and this just disperses the savings to more people.
Selling them w/ RTR, GTC, or DM makes little sense as they aren't drafted together nor are those in any kind of harsh demand the way MM is. It would be like being offered a brand new TV at a discount as long as you buy a blu ray player you don't want/need at no discount. If you're just trying to get rid of some excess stock, this would absolutely be the way to do it though.
