I laughed at buying packs over the internet when box mapping is a thing.

ThugonomicsI laughed at the idea of people having a concern about box mapping for MM. Not gonna happen. Not enough product for anyone to figure out the different tracks, and even so you would open half the box to get the map going, and there are only 24 packs in a box. Not to mention that there is no real reason to map MM as it seems every pack is going to be pretty damn juiced. Normally box mapping doesn't include foils, and in MM every pack has 1 foil thus even if you map no goyfs or whatever, you'll be missing the foil goyfs..

ThugonomicsI laughed because you think you know what you're talking about. A reliable box mapping will not be even remotely available/solved within the first few days of release. Never mind the reasons Evan mentioned, or the fact that the payoff from mapping is zero, since after the first print/distribution there are no more cards distributed.

ThugonomicsBox mapping needs data from trial-and-error of opening packs and finding patterns, which needs the set to be released to the public, and it needs time to become accurate.
