The "Crystal Pro", while $100 more, offers multiple input options. The cheaper 30" from Monoprice is DVI-D ONLY. Keep that in mind.<br /><br />Note: HDMI connection is limited to 1080p resolution, and cannot push the 2560x1600 max res that the monitor is capable of.

And just to point out, there is a newer version of the monitor, and it's cheaper too now! I'd love to see this buy happen. It sounds like an amazing monitor that pretty much has it all. And I want my friends and co-workers to be jealous haha.

Where did you read that? HDMI can go way over 1080p.
