Franklin-Christoph Firma-Flex Journal (3-Pack)

Hey everyone, here's a quick update on this poll:
We were pleased to make the Franklin-Christoph Firma-Flex Journals available in A5, and we have been working on the A4 and A6 sizes as well; you will get an email if and when those drop.
We've reached out regarding Tomoe River and Seven Seas products, and those are still being worked on. Based on what I've learned, those would not likely be available before June 2015.
Max Latch was another popular option, and will start working on that later this week.
We reached out regarding Leuchtturm 1917 and have gotten some initial interest, so we'll keep working on that as well.
Thanks again for making this one of the most voted-on polls in the Writing community! We're going to keep working on these popular options and hope to make more drops happen soon.
These suckers look great. Damned shame shipping of the "winner" is $20 to my country. I'll hope for better luck next time!
What does everyone like about the particular notebook that they voted for?
I chose the first three from experience:
Franklin Christoph's A4 Firma Flex is a great priced fountain pen (works for all pens) paper. I'd put the paper quality among the top of my list, for various reasons. It differs from Clairefontaine in that it is not quite as smooth. On the other hand, it has better dry time and is has a great binding. Lot's of paper styles to choose from and is very durable. Plus, they are a very friendly US-based company.
The two others used Tomoe River paper which is probably the best paper, in my opinion. Super smooth and super thin, all while bring amazingly fountain pen friendly. I have only experienced bleedthroughwhen I superflexed with Baystate Blue (I assume I cut into the paper a bit). If you write with a very wet/broad nib, you will get ghosting, but no bleedthrough. You should be able to write on both sides of the sheet, unless you find too much ghosting with those really broad nibs.
As for the difference between two, one is a b5 size (which I prefer) and hardbound (again, I prefer). The binding is top notch and I think it is impossible to find a b5 Tomoe River paper notebook anywhere else. Also, it is a great price.
The seven seas notebook is also awesome, especially if you prefer the smaller a5 size and a soft cover. It comes with a book sleeve for added protection for the very nice soft/durable cover.
Like I said I have used all three notebooks and love them all. If you have any questions, let me know!
