FYI the Nano-Air also comes in a hoodless version, and vest. It's hard to compare down vs. synthetic jackets here because of the various features people are looking for in a jacket, but I do like the Air because it's meant to be something you can wear *all* day through a hike. Very sleek in black, to boot.
