For me the point of a notebook is that it's relatively light and portable (even 'large' ones) I've got the spine mounted single and frankly it's just too large and bulky (and increases weight significantly. One of the problems with leather in general really. Also spine mounting completely eliminated being able to lay the notebook on a flat surface. I'd really like to see another few options.
