Im thinkin' the PE-08 from Nomadic is pretty nice. Any other good pencil cases for on the go artist? I often only sketch and ink when out, so the Lihit Lab Teffa is just too bulky... Yet it needs to be big enough to hold a graphing caculator, secured pockets for writing utensils and such. If anyone can recommend me anything better that'll last, please let me know!

I think you run into trouble the moment you mention "it needs to be big enough to hold a graphing calculator." I'm not sure how much graphing calculators have changed in the past few years, but if it is anything like the size of a TI-83 then there aren't too many "slim" or "not bulky" options left. The Nock Hightower might fit the calculator where the notebook is supposed to go. But I'm not too sure since I have not purchased one for myself yet.

I have a PE-08 and it was a bit of a let down honestly. It has a very cheap feel to it, I expected a bit more for what I payed for it. It can just barely fit a TI-84C in the main pouch but then you can't fit anything else in that compartment. If you didn't need to have your graphing calculator in it (I keep both my nomadic and my graphing calculator in a smaller compartment of my bookbag), the nomadic is a decent value.
I keep some gel pens in a wide range of colors and two highlighters in that compartment. There are also two small pouches that can fight maybe a stick of gun that I keep a lead case in one and a flash drive in the other. The other side has two smaller compartments. The smallest of the two can comfortably keep 2-4 medium sized erasers. The larger compartment is meant to house nice writing instruments. It has a small space where I keep my drafting pencil and fountain pens. Then there is a space in front of that where I keep a small bottle of hand sanitizer.
Well, that was a long review, but I guess the Nomadic PE-08 can be pretty good for you. I think mine was $15. It isn't the worst pencil case I have, but it isn't the best either. I would honestly save up for something nicer made of canvas. Nomadic also has some other models that can be good for what you might want.

Thank you for that detailed review. By any chance, would you snap a few photos of how you use your cases?
